I absolutely LOVED ds dish(Fried Tilapia in Sauteed Onions).It was a perfect balance of skillfully sauteed onions,Cilantro & Ginger. D fish danced on my palette. My dauta loved it straight out of the fridge because it was that good. Thank you Toyin. I will remember this dish for the rest of my life.
